Yes, We accept car rental payments and security deposit by cash and or debit card. However, a security deposit by credit card as a pre-authorization block is recommended as the bank automatically releases it after 21 days.

A refundable security deposit is required, mainly, in case of RTA fines, damage to the car (if not covered by insurance) and car theft. The amount is held for upto 25 days as RTA / Police fine reports are sometimes delayed.

Please inform NRAC or use the Book A Service feature from our website to arrange an appointment with one of our customer service representatives. We will book your vehicle in for service and arrange a replacement vehicle.

Your overheads may include Salik (toll), fuel and parking on your own as per your usage. Delivery and pick-up for the rental car might be charged extra.

Security deposit is essential in the UAE, mainly for RTA traffic fines. If you want to rent a car without a security deposit, opt for a pre-authorization block by your credit card. This way the amount is simply blocked instead of a transaction. The blocked amount is automatically released 21-30 days after you return the rental car.

As per RTA, we provide with comprehensive insurance (a.k.a. basic insurance). This means that by default, you are covered incase of an accidental damage provided it isn’t your fault. A police report must be obtained at the time of an accident. Your rental amount includes basic coverage. In case the accidental damage your fault, you have pay the excess fees which depend on the car type.

The legal age limit is 21 years and above to rent a car across the UAE.  Some car rental companies require the customer to be 23 years of age or above while some even allow 20-year-olds to hire a car.

It is released max 21 days after the car is returned. It may be returned to you by bank transfer, cash deposit into your bank account or cheque. The deposit depends on the car type and duration of the rental
 

Off-road use is a violation of the rental agreement and is not allowed.

You will be charged AED 5upon crossing every salik (toll) gate. You will be billed at the end of your rental duration. The salik amount may be deducted from your security deposit or you can pay for it separately.
 
The maximum daily mileage is 250km; any further kilometers will be paid separately. While finalizing the booking, you can add more mileage.
 
The legal age to rent a vehicle (car, van, pick-up truck, SUV or any other) in the UAE is 21 years as per RTA regulations. However, this largely depends on our insurance policy issued. Please contact us for more information.
